DESIGN PROCESS
MH Drawings aim to produce a full set of
Planning drawings including plans and elevations for client approval
within four weeks of the initial survey.
MH Drawings aims to produce a design specific
to your requirements.
Please NOTE that it may take between 3 to
6 months to complete the design process and obtain Planning approval
from your local authority.
The Residential design process consists of the following stages:
• Initial FREE initial telephone consultation
• Fee quotation
• Measured dimensional surveys
• Development of design ideas for client approval
• Submission of approved drawings to the Local Authority
Planning department.
• Submission of extra permissions including Conservation
Area consent and Listed iiiBuildings
consent
A full range of architectural
graphics including: 2D Colour Elevations and Site Plans.
Clients are welcome to choose the stages they wish MH Drawings
