PLANNING PROCESS
MH Drawings will investigate your site requirements
and area planning constraints with the aim to produce a planning
application to best suit your site.
Following client approval MH Drawings aim to produce a full Planning
Application in 14-28 days.
As with any Planning Application it usually takes between 2 to
3 months to obtain Planning approvals from your local authority.
MH Drawings are able to offer a full Planning service to help
you with your project including:
• Proposed Location and
Site Plan
• Planning drawings including Proposed and Existing Plans
and Elevations
• Planning Application forms
• Revisions and Re-submissions where required
